This Calendar Knows More Than I Do

You guys have to check this out. It's called a 'cryptic auto-calendar' and honestly, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. It's basically a calendar that... well, it just does its own thing. Like, completely on its own.

It's not electronic, which is what blew my mind. It's all mechanical, clicking and turning and setting itself for the next day, week, month. Seriously, how do people even come up with these inventions? My brain just doesn't work that way.
