Okay, so I stumbled across this video and it's pretty cool. You know A-ha's 'Take On Me', right? Of course you do! Well, apparently, before it was 'Take On Me', it was this song called 'Miss Eerie' by a band called Bridges, and they even called it 'The Juicyfruit Song' because it was originally for a Juicy Fruit gum commercial. How wild is that?

It's fascinating to hear how a song evolves. This recording is from way back in 1980, and you can totally hear the bones of 'Take On Me' in there, but it’s also distinctly its own thing. The vibe is a bit different, a little more raw, and it's just a fun little piece of music history to listen to.
