Alright, mamas. I just watched this super interesting video from WIRED where a scientist breaks down how some people can actually get by on, wait for it, *four hours of sleep*. FOUR! I mean, I'm pretty sure I did that once in college and felt like a zombie for a week.
Apparently, it's all in the genes, which makes total sense. I was secretly hoping for a magic trick or a secret coffee brand, but hey, science is still cool. It's wild to think some people are just built differently. Maybe my kids inherited those genes? (A mom can dream, right?)
