What in the World Were These Lights Over Milwaukee?

Hey everyone! So I was just scrolling and this video popped up, and I had to share. It's from 2018, but it shows these really unusual lights in the sky over Milwaukee. I mean, what do you even make of this?

The person filming sounds pretty bewildered too, which just adds to the whole mystery. It's not like a plane or a regular helicopter, that's for sure. I’ve watched it a few times now, and I still can’t quite figure out what it could be.

Let me know what you guys think in the comments! Are these just some weird reflections, or is there something more going on here?
