Hey everyone! So, I stumbled upon this video from Dr. Jen Gunter, and it really got me thinking about my own sleep habits (or lack thereof, let's be real). We always hear about needing eight hours, right? But is that really a one-size-fits-all kind of deal?
She breaks down some interesting stuff about how sleep actually works and why that 8-hour number might not be the whole story for everyone. It's pretty insightful and definitely made me feel a little less guilty about those nights I only get six. 😉
